THE PRINT JOURNAL/ LE JOURNAL 2006 - 2015

Between 2006 and 2015, ICONOfly published a 64-page bilingual journal in English and French, distributed worldwide through a network of high-end partners across the art, fashion and hospitality worlds. Each issue was an introspective study of a single fashion accessory. Through a curated selection of essays, poems and artworks, ICONOfly explored the life, history and cultural significance of these objects from unconventional and unexpected perspectives.

Première revue d’art, de luxe et d’histoire consacrée à un accessoire de mode, ICONOfly renouait avec la tradition de la commande artistique en invitant des artistes à créer une œuvre originale directement inspirée par l’accessoire, devenu muse et icône. Chaque numéro était prétexte à la rencontre d’univers créatifs — mode, art, artisanat, gastronomie, musique, littérature et bande dessinée — avec un seul accessoire pour fil conducteur. Les œuvres ainsi créées faisaient l’objet d’éditions numérotées et signées.

ICONOfly se distinguait par son petit format. Il s’emportait, se gardait et se collectionnait tel un objet précieux.
